Stephen brings over 25 years of experience across finance, Bitcoin, investment banking, and fintech-related businesses. He has been actively involved in the Bitcoin ecosystem since 2012, giving him more than a decade of direct experience navigating the evolution of digital assets and blockchain technology.

Currently, Stephen serves as CEO of Bitcoin Capital Management. Previously, he was the SPAC sponsor and Board Member of GLST, which successfully listed completed its merger in early 2025. He was instrumental in getting this transaction through the SEC and listed on the NASDAQ.

Earlier in his career, Stephen held senior positions at leading Wall Street firms, including Citigroup and Gruntal & Co. He brings a unique blend of traditional capital markets expertise combined with deep Bitcoin domain knowledge.

With over 16 years of experience in accounting and finance, he has successfully led two companies through IPOs in the U.S. and Hong Kong capital markets and recently helped a public company navigate multiple acquisition transitions. In recent years, he has also gained significant experience in the cryptocurrency and digital asset space, advising on crypto asset operations, including matters related to asset custody, fundraising, and listing strategies.

Tze-Fang prepares valuation and financial models for the firm’s clients. She haas a background in Bitcoin since 2017. Tze-Fang is a Yale University graduate and fluent in English and Mandarin. An accomplished concert violinist, she has performed at major orchestras worldwide and many concert halls, including Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center.
